I design primarily for the Interwar and WWII periods, and in 1:100 scale for 15mm gaming.
These days I print models almost exclusively in resin, but wherever it is feasible I design with tolerances suitable for FDM as well.

The Hawker Typhoon was designed early in the war as the prospective replacement for the Hurricane fighter, but issues with its engine at altitude and fuselage structure made it unsuitable for use as an interceptor in spite of its speed. However, it did prove to be a massively successful ground attack aircraft, with its four 20mm cannon and armed with eight 60-pounder rockets.
This model is designed at 1:144 scale, but will re-scale to 1:100 or even 1:72 without any issues. Scaling down to 1:200 or smaller is likely to lose all the panel line detail, unless you’re using a very high-definition resin printer.
The rockets are supplied as a separate STL, and can be glued under the wings or be left off at your option.
