Japanese Fubuki class Destroyer

The Fubuki class destroyers were a class of 24 ships of the IJN. The Fubuki class consisted of 3 sub-types.
Type I – Fubuki, 10 DD’s, none survived WW2
Type II – Ayanami, 10 DD’s, 1 survived WW2
Type III – Akatsuki, 4 DD’s, 1 survived WW2
The model is based on the Type I version, but it should be noted that the minimal differences would not be visible anyway in the small wargaming scale.

The model is provided in 1/1000 scale and is Resin print only.
1/1800 – resize to 55,56%
1/1200 – resize to 83,5%
There are 3 bases provided, text recessed and the text raised. I used the recessed version for FDM printed bases. Finally a base without text is also included. Do not forget to also re-scale the bases if you print in 1/1200 or 1/1800 scale.
Also included a 1/1800 scale pre-supported model which I used for the test-prints on my Anycubic Mono SE (0.05mm layer) using standard resin. Use at your own risk, might be best you create your own supported files, which prints best on you own printer. Some parts are rather delicate, mainly the gun barrels, and you will need to remove support carefully.
The base was printed on an Ender 5 pro (0.16 mm layer) standard PLA.

Starting 2023 WW2 ships in 1/1000 up to 1/1800 will be added. This will be focussed on the Pacific War / Dutch East Indies. Resin print only, highly detailed and as historical correct as possible. I might tweak a bit to make sure parts will print and are strong enough for the gaming table. This will include a full range of ships of the Royal Netherlands Navy.
And slowly adding other models which are not found anywhere else.
