I prime the model then apply watered down PVA glue to the areas that are terrain. I sprinkle very fine sand onto the PVA. When this has dried I paint over the sand with a mixture of watered down paint and PVA Glue. When this is dry I do a drybrush over the sand. I paint watered down PVA glue in the areas i want to be covered in grass then sprinkle on flock. The tress are “clump foliage” glued down with non-watered down PVA glue.
Chateau D’If
$3.00
This is my attempt at a 1-1200 model of my all time favourite Mediterranean prison/fortress island – Chateau D’If
My painted example was printed on a Prusa I3 Mk3 with a 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height.
The models dimensions are 217 x 135 x 25mm (included is a version split into two pieces for smaller printers)

Wozname's Fiendish Thingies
Hi there. I make models in 1/1000 scale and “28mm scale” for games I play myself. I thought I’d make them available for others who might enjoy them.
