PaK 36 Anti-Tank Gun with Crew

These models depict the PaK 36 (Panzerabwehrkanone) anti-tank gun with its operational crew of five ( 2 ammunition bearers, commander, gunner and loader) in an early war configuration. The 37mm PaK 36 was considered, in the pre-war period (seeing initial service in the Spanish Civil War), to be one of the best anti-tank guns in the world and saw extensive use through the end of the war. However, the Pak 36 was obsolete and ineffective at its primary task once faced with the heavier armor of the Soviet T34 and KV1. While production of the gun ceased in 1943, use of the weapon continued in a support capability mounted to various vehicle types. These models are designed in 1/56 scale and are provided in both unsupported and supported formats. The file contains both operational and travel configurations of the anti-tank gun. In addition, 37mm ammunition cans (full, empty and half-full) are provided.
