The M725 was the ambulance version within the Kaiser Jeep M715 family, which was based on the civilian Jeep Gladiator design. Development began in 1965, and it was produced from 1967-1969, and served to 1976 or later. It was considered somewhat fragile compared to the purpose-built Dodge M37 series, but was widely used in the Vietnam war and elsewhere. The model is provided in solid and hollow cab variants. The former is provided with and without wheels, and the latter as a wheeled variant and a second split variant to ease removal of supports on fused resin printers. Separate doors for the rear section are provided, which can be glued open or shut as required. There are several near horizontal surfaces that can generate issues in printing, but these can be reduced by experimenting with printing orientation. Despite out-of-scale thickening, some elements, such as the front fender, are fragile and care needs to be taken in removing supports.
