The model is the complete concrete kazemat, if you want to add to a base or use it on the table you might want to lower the model a bit on your print-bed (This only works for FDM printers I think) and not print the part which will be “below” the gaming table. Or use Windows 3D builder to cut away the part you do not want to print if you want to print the model using a resin printer.
Testmodel printed on a Ender 5 in PLA (016mm layer) and the MG and door printed on an Anycubic Mono SE. (005mm layer)
All parts will print on a FDM-printer, but it might be nice to print the hatches with a Resin printer (I add supported models for that also)
