Vickers Vildebeast

The Vickers Vildebeast (and the comparable Vickers Vincent) were single engine biplanes, used as light bombers and torpedo-bombers one of the types of aircraft available and used by the Royal Air force and the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

A total of 209 Vildebeast and 197 Vincent have been build.

Armament was one forward-firing 0.303 in Vickers machine gun, and one flexible rearward firing Lewis gun.. It could carry one 18 inch torpedo or 500 kg bombs.

The aircraft model has been prepared and detailed in 1/1000 scale. A 1/1000 scale in-flight model is included.

Print ready in 1/1200, meaning including bases and supported files are provided in 1/1200 scale. Which I used for test-printing. They worked fine for me, but no guarantee the files work on your own printer, so might be best you create your own supported files.

3 types of bases are provided, hexagonal, square or round and there is an option for a low (2 cm) or high (3 cm) base. A two and three aircraft wings is provided and bases for B (Bomber) and T (Torpedo Bomber) option are included. Named bases for Vildebeast and Vincent included. The Vildebeast (Torpedo Bomber) and thre aircraft wing are provided supported.

I have included the 3 bases (round, hexagonal, square) without text. You can add your text or letters if you want.

Test-printed using a Anycubic Mono SE using Anycubic basic resin, 0.04mm layer.
