The Erebus-class was a class of Royal Navy Monitors, the class consisted of two vessels. HMS Erebus and HMS Terror. Both launched in 1916 and used in active service in both WW1 and WW2.
HMS Erebus, survived both wars and was scrapped in 1946
HMS Terror, was lost in Feb 1941 in Benghazi harbor after being damaged by Luftwaffe Ju 88 bombers.
Armament as build, two 15" /42 Mk1 guns in a single turret, two BL 6-inch (150mm) guns in single turrets, four 3 pdr (47mm) AA-gun.
1/1800 - resize to 55,56%
1/1200 - resize to 83,5%
Named separate named flat-bases are included for HMS Erebus / HMS Terror / Erebus Class Each The base come in two version text raised and lowered. These bases will print fine on a FDM-print. You can still print these on a Resin printer, that will give you more detail in the text, but no supported files are provided for the flat-bases.
Supported files(1/1800) for the ship are included, which I used for the test-prints. Use at your own risk, might be best you create your own supported files, which prints best on you own printer. Some parts are rather delicate, mainly the gun barrels, and you will need to remove support carefully. Best to use a somewhat more flexible resin to prevent breaking of the smaller parts when used on the war-gaming-table.
Models have a enough details to print ~ 1/700 ~ 1/2400. Although 1/2400 will be really on the limit.
