USN Bagley Class Destroyer
The Bagley class destroyers were a class of 8 ships. Built in 1935 ~ 1937.
The Bagley class layout was based on the Gridley class Destroyers, which were build during the same period, and was very similar to the Benham class. All three classes included sixteen 21 inch (533mm) torpedo tubes, the heaviest torpedo armament ever on USN destroyers.
Four different types are provided, all were equipped with;
4 x 5 inch (127 mm)/38 caliber guns, 4 x .50 caliber machine guns, 16 21-inch (533 mm) torpedo tubes (4 x 4) and 2 depth charge racks. (Type 1)
During WW2 the .50 inch Machine guns were replaced by 20 mm Oerlikon guns and/or 40 mm Bofors. Also 4 K-gun depth charge throwers have been added.
The different types are based on photos found and I noticed different setup in AA per Destroyer, so created a few different versions.
Three of the ships were sunk by enemy action during WW2.

There are a number of bases provided, text recessed and the text raised. I used the recessed version for FDM printed bases. Finally a base without text is also included. Do not forget to also re-scale the bases if you print in 1/1200 or 1/1800 scale.
Also included 1/1800 scale pre-supported models which I used for the test-prints on my Anycubic Mono SE (0.05mm layer) using standard resin. Use at your own risk, might be best you create your own supported files, which prints best on you own printer. Some parts are rather delicate, mainly the gun barrels, and you will need to remove support carefully.
The base was printed on an Ender 5 pro (0.16 mm layer) standard PLA. But could also be printed in Resin if you want (no supported file provided)
