Waterline-model of Landing Craft Support, Mark 2. A support landing craft which was based on the LCI-Small. The LCS would accompany landing craft in long-range operations. It was not intended to beach, but to provide fire-support from the water.
Armament: One 6-pdr in front-turret, Two 20mm Oerlikons, one twin 0.50 Machine Gun in aft-turret, one 4" mortar and two 0.303 Lewis Machine guns. (Mortar and Lewis guns not included.)

The model has been prepared and detailed for 1:100 war-gaming (32cm long). Meaning the railing is a bit stronger to prevent breaking to easy. It is waterline model and not a complete hull design. The Hull would be below water and would not work on a gaming table. The model is based on original drawings.
Test-printed on a Creality Ender-5 FDM in 016mm and 020mm layer and Anycubic Mono SE 005mm layer. (See pictures) The hull and the large parts will print fine on a FDM printer, 016mm gives the best result. But off-course depends a bit on your own printer quality what works best for you. All the small parts have to be printed on a Resin printer. Those parts are just to small for a FDM printer.
The 3D-prints of Railing needs to be bent a bit after printing to fit the deck correctly. Main reason is that it is more easy to print it flat on the printer-bed. All railing parts are provided as separate prints, these you best print flat on the FDM printer bed.
A complete hull and a hull cut in a front- and aft-part is provided. I used the cut hull for test-printing vertical, this gives a better/smoother deck, less print-lines. I also sanded the hull and used putty for a smoother look.
For most of the Resin parts I have included Support files also, those worked fine for me. No guarantee they will work on our printer settings. So feel free to use, but might be best you create your own supported files.
It is a medium complex model, about 50 separate parts to print, so some modelling skills are required.
I used two brass pipes for the masts, but you can also print the masts.
