This is a 15mm plinth designed for use with whatever spare figures you may have lying around. The base is sized to be rules legal for TY/FoW.
Plinth comes in rectangular (equestrian) and square (figure) variants, in two sizes; suitable for 28mm and suitable for 15mm. Road cones included.
