Italian L3 tankette Family - 28mm***UPDATED Sept. 2021***

This is a collection of the variants of the Italian L3 tankette family, including the twin MMG armed version, the 20mm ATR armed version, and the flame throwing version with its fuel trailer. Please note the Flame Thrower model has a separate hull file, as the trailer notches into the hull's rear.

The L3 was not only employed by Italian troops in the Spanish Civil War, East and North Africa, Russia and the Balkans but was used by Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, China among other nations.

The file is a major rework of the Bergman 1/100th scale model, and involved creating separate track and weapon files, plus a new flame thrower trailer and added detail to reflect the increase to 1/56th - 28mm scale.

** Sept 2021 - these files have been reworked again, adding bolt detail to the hull, track section and teeth to the track, and tweaked fitting details. There are folders for both resin and FDM .stls, plus a twin MG armed model pre-supported. The MMGs on this model have been tweaked for detail on this specific model, and if printing in resin for the MG model, I recommend this (test print in photo gallery). ***

Print the FDM files with full supports on fine settings.

Clean supports off prints carefully, and test fit prior to gluing.
