Dutch DAF Trado 6x4 artillery tractor based on the Ford V8 truck.

The dutch converted commercial Ford and Chevrolet trucks in tractors used for Artillery and Anti Aircraft tractors.
DAF designed a so called TRADO suspension systems which made the trucks much more easy to use in terrain.

The Trado conversion also added a winch which was connected to the towbar and made it rather easy attach the gun to the tractor. As the winch would pull the gun automatically to the truck, this could all be done by 1 person.

After May 1940 many of the Trado trucks have been used by the Germans and thus can also be added to your German war-gaming army.

Non Commercial and personal use only.

The model is resin print only. Test-printed on an Anycubic Mono SE (0.05mm layer) using basic resin mixed with about 15% tough resin.

The chassis, wheels, trado axles and rear-door are separate prints which you need to glue together.

I have added supported files, these printed fine on my own printer, I usually go a bit overboard with support. So feel free to use, but no guarantees. Best to create you own supported files, which are best for you own printer and resin.

The trado axles are best glued on the chassis using thick superglue, as there is a bit of extra tolerance between the parts. Using thick glue will help to keep the parts in place when fixating.
