Model Description:
This download contains a highly detailed model of a Jagdpanzer 38(t) tank destroyer. Documentation and references for the real vehicle were rigorously studied to make the model as geometrically accurate as possible, except in the cases where printability would have to be sacrificed (such as the fender thickness).

The model is designed for resin 3D printing comes natively in 20mm (1/72) scale and includes a supported version for this size. Furthermore, the files are pre-hollowed, reducing the material requirements, improving the probability of print success, and ensuring no voids are present within the geometry.

The file is designed to be detailed enough to hold up well at larger scales however, including the common 28mm (~1/56) scale. Larger scales will have to be manually supported at present, however a future goal of TCR designs is to include supported files for larger scales, as well as a less-detailed version designed to function on FDM (filament) printers. Do note that the MG file can be fragile, it is recommended to use snips to remove it from the supports and to handle with care when mounting to the vehicle and painting.

The model at its native scale took roughly 4 hours to print on an "Anycubic Photon Mono 4K" printer and has the following dimensions (including cannon):
Length - 3.61" (91mm)
Width - 1.48" (37.5mm)
Height - 1.17" (28mm)

Historical Description:
The Jagdpanzer 38(t), often known as the "Hetzer" was a German tank destroyer fielded towards the end of World War II. The vehicle was equipped with the 75mm L/48 AT gun, capable of firing rounds at high velocity to knock out allied armor. Furthermore, the Hetzer featured a roof mounted, remote-controlled MG34 for protecting the vehicle from infantry. The Hetzer featured 60mm of sloped frontal armor, offering decent protection. The vehicle however, had very thin side and rear armor, meaning it was very vulnerable to flanking attacks.

In Armored Advance:
In armored advance the Jagdpanzer 38(t) is an effective tank hunter, able to pierce allied armor and deal a decent amount of damage. The vehicle is also able to fire APCR rounds, which sacrifice damage for even more piercing power. The frontal armor is adequate to stop weaker allied weapons, particularly at range, however the sides are very weak. The vehicle also possesses the "accurate" keyword, allowing it to keep the range advantage and have stronger effective armor, as well as a lower probability of being flanked.
