Higgins 78ft Patrol Boat (PT71 ~ PT94)

Higgins Patrol Boat as used by the United States Navy in WW2.

Armament of the model: Four 21 inch Mk.8 torpedos, two twin 12.7 mm Browning AN-M2 machine gun turrets, and one 20 Oerlikon Mk II.

1/1800 - resize to 55,56%

1/1200 - resize to 83,5%

There are eight different bases provided, two sets of four with the ships in different positions on the base.
Each set has either "Higgins 78ft PT71" or "Higgins 78ft PT71-94" as text on the bases.

Included 1/1800 scale pre-support models for the set of bases with the PT71 on the bases, which I used for the test-prints on my Anycubic Mono SE (0.05mm layer) using standard resin. Use at your own risk, might be best you create your own supported files, which prints best on you own printer. Some parts are rather delicate, mainly the gun barrels, and you will need to remove support carefully.
Best to use a somewhat more flexible resin to prevent breaking of the smaller parts when used on the war-gaming-table.
