Yamashiro, Fuso Class (Waterline and Wide Base)

Fuso
I am adding the rest of my models to this site (see www.magpiedesigner.com for details). If you are interested in a particular model please let me know and I'll move it up the queue.

This model has two versions, 1941 and 1944, is slightly longer than Fuso and has a different bridge (plus a few other minor differences).

Ship Bases
It comes in the following base options (please see picture):

• Waterline
  
• Wide A Wide (5-6mm thick) base with text on both sides.

Each base type has the following options (with "YAMASHIRO" & the date on the Port and "FUSO CLASS BATTLESHIP" on the starboard sides of the Wide version):

• ……(Solid).stl A solid model.
  
• ……(Hollow).stl A hollowed version (not for Waterline)
  
• ……(Supported).stl A version on supports ready to print.

Printing
Designed to be printed with a Layer Thickness of .03 mm, no supports required. I have added some very thin (0.3mm diameter) supports under things like the main gun barrels and aircraft wings. These are easy to remove with a scalpel or craft knife.

It can be rescaled to 1:2400 but care would be needed with the smaller parts.
