The recent release of the Bolt Action v. 3 Armies of Great Britain and the forthcoming Armies of the Soviet Union, both offer the ubiquitous Universal / Bren Carrier as an armoured transport, and as an actual AFV option for the Brits.
I started this design with a clean sheet and designed the standard carrier but added two additional models – a WASP flame thrower and the stripped-down Airborne carrier for the paratroops. The para model had everything not absolutely required removed to save weight - the spare bogie wheel, the storage bins, the tools, even the rear engine deck. Although not a separate entry in the AoGB book, it can be a thematic addition to your British para force.
The basic hull include options to print with and without the front mud guards, with tracks and hull for either option. The para version is stripped of those.
These three models have multiple weapon option – Boys and PTRD anti-tank rifles for the front gunner: Bren and DP LMGs for the same, and pintle mounted Bren, DP LMGS, as well as Vickers MMGs and the Soviet DsHK HMG.
FDM weapon .stls are included but are limited to the Boys and Bren guns.
The PTRD ATR was over 2 meters in length, which is considerable in light of the carrier’s length of 3.75 meters. I had to take liberties with the ATRs to get them to fit, but also include the non-modified ATR .stls in the event you may want to print them with hull itself, and not separate as I did.
The pintle weapons slip into a recess on either side of the carrier rear section and can be placed in and removed as required. This allows for true WYSIWYG on the game table.
Basic .stls for driver and gunner figures are included, with crew in Brodie helmets, berets, soviet helmets, and the WASP crew with googles.
The .stls include files for resin printing, including hollowed and pre-supported .stls, as well as files for FDM printing, with simplified detail where required, for maximum build plate contact. There are no crew for FDM printing, but I have seen some impressive prints from newer machines with .2mm nozzles.

Printing instructions
For Resin printing, please note with the pre-supported .stls, that my support and hollowing may not suit your machine/resin requirements.
FDM printing should be done at a fine setting, ideally not less than .1mm layers, with support. The FDM .stls were designed for minimum support but still require support for a successful print.
All .stls were extensively test printed.
Please clean and test fit, post print.
Please be sure to affix tracks correctly – e.g. the drive sprocket at the rear, the twin bogies to the front!
