Deweycat British Hayrick Demo Charge for 28mm

The Bolt Action "Soft Underbelly" Campaign book provides those fielding Commonwealth armies the opportunity to choose a Royal Engineers section. This section has a selection of options within it, and among those is the option for demolition charges for +3 points per man. Unlike similar options in other armies, this Royal Engineers are not limited to using their demo charges “once per game”.

A standard demolition charge used by Commonwealth armies in WW 2 and afterwards was the Hayrick demo charge. This weapon carried 15 lbs of HE and used a shaped charge design to demolish fortifications and other obstructions on the battlefield.

This .stl pack includes the basic Hayrick charge which can be printed on its own and then added to a suitable plastic 28mm figure or merged with an .stl of  an figure in a CAD program (which is what I did here, using a modified Commonwealth gun crew .stl I purchased from Studio Grozny at Wargaming 3D). Also included is the charge on a 12mm round base, which can be used to mark the target. This can be fastened to a larger marker if you choose. Unlike the first .stl, this one can be printed in FDM as well as in resin.

The two .stls are included both alone and pre-supported.

This .stl pack is available for free download at the Wargaming 3D site.
