Deweycat Borgward IV A Demolition Vehicle stl pack - 28mm

The early review of the Warlord Games Bolt Action “Tough Gut” Campaign Book by the Juggernaut Podcast gave a peek into a new “uber” weapon for the German player. This being Borgward IV remote controlled demolition vehicle. Officially designated Schwerer Ladungsträger Borgward IV heavy explosive carrier .
The model represented in this .stl pack is the Borgward IV Ausf. A, the first model to enter serial production, was equipped with a 49-horsepower 4-cylinder water-cooled gasoline engine. Ausf. A was the most produced model (there were models B and C) , with approximately 616 produced between May 1942 and June 1943.
Think of this as a Goliath but on steroids and actually worth its points. As the book hasn’t been released to the masses yet, please listen to episode 53 of the Juggernauts to catch the potential mayhem this beast has the potential to deliver.
And deliver without putting any of your men in harm’s way, as even though there is a drivers position in the vehicle, the human driver was only to set the vehicle up before it was sent to its target under wireless remote control, as a sort of land-based drone. This .stl pack has .stls specifically for FDM and for resin. The FDM files sacrifice some detail on the track, but both consist of four parts: hull, tracks, and removable petard. The petard locks un unlocks easily and doesn’t require anything else to keep it in place during a game. The radio mast has a 0.12 mm hole so you can mount an antenna – e.g., a paint brush bristle. Otherwise, you can just prime it and the hole will be covered by the primer.
