Dutch 8cm staal

A model of the 8,4 cm Dutch field Artillery made by Krupp, which was used by the Dutch during the German invasion of the Netherlands. The army had about 100 guns available in 1940, it was obsolete and had a low rate of fire, due to the lack of a recoil mechanism. But still the guns had some success in stopping an German attack from the rear on the Dutch lines near the village of Zeeland.

Non Commercial and personal use only

Resin only. The model is highly detailed, based on original design drawings and includes the updates done before 1940. So it resembles the version as used in May 1940.

Artillery crews and Bases are NOT included.

The 1:100 model is at the limit of my Anycubic Mono SE (0,05 mm layer, Anycubic Basic Resin) in 1:100 scale. But as you can see the test-prints are fine.  I did include both a supported and a none supported version. Might best be printed in a more flexible resin to prevent breaking the very small parts. It will print fine with normal resin, but after UV cure the very thin parts are rather fragile. And again, the supported files worked for my printer, no guarantee they will work on other prints. So feel free to create your own supported files or use mine.

The model includes a separate break-scope (Not sure if that is the correct English name).

I also included the model in separate pieces to be used for 1:56 printing. YOU NEED TO SCALE THE FILES TO 179% for 1:56 printing. And you will need to add your own support.
