1:100 UR-77 Meteorit Soviet Mine Clearing Vehicle
The UR-77 Meteorit is a Soviet mine clearing vehicle, based on a variant of the tracked 2S1 Gvozdika chassis
The UR-77 is a mine warfare vehicle of Soviet origin. It was developed in the 1970's to help engineers create paths through a minefield quickly. The main role is to maintain the momentum of armored and mechanized forces during an offensive.
The UR-77 is based on the tracked chassis of the 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer. This chassis in turn is based on the MT-LB multipurpose tracked carrier. The UR-77 has a roof mounted launcher for two line charges. These are launched by rocket over a minefield and filled with explosives. The overpressure of their explosion detonates many types of mines, and dislodges unaffected mines.
The UR-77 operates near the frontline, but is not intended to participate in combat. Mechanized forces and artillery are to provide cover fire when operating near enemy positions. UR-77 clears a 6 meter wide corridor which is 90 meters long using one of its two line charges. In Syria and Ukraine the UR-77 has reportedly been used in urban terrain.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT ALLOW PROGRAMS LIKE WINDOWS NATIVE 3D BUILDER TO REPAIR THE MODEL OR YOU WILL GET ERRORS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT ALLOW THE MODEL TO PRINT CORRECTLY
I have not broken this model up at all and it will fit on the old school Elegoo Mars printers just fine if you print it vertically. I prefer to print these on my Peopoly so not only can I print them in 1 piece I can print 12 at a time.
Aside from that, on printers like Elegoo Mars and Anycubic Photon, if you rotate the model 90 degrees with the end down, just add your supports and print away. The weapons are modeled onto the aircraft and once I get my camera situation sorted out I’ll post pics, prints just fine
For resin I prefer to use Siraya Tech Simple Clear mixed with Tenacious. I use 75-80 Simple to 20-25% Tenacious. This has not given me any problems since I started this mix and the only time I get failures now is when I am experimenting with things or forget to do my supports right.
