Model Distribution

A distribution campaign is a way to send models to people directly, without them having to take any action except log in and download. It doesn't require them to already have an Playable Prints Passport account, and once they sign up, they will automatically find their models in their library.

Creating a new distribution campaign

Provide a campaign name and description, to help you and your recipients recognise what's being gifted.

Add one or more models to the campaign, and finally create the mailing list you wish to send these models to.

If you wish to use a CSV import, the CSV format is expecting to extract a list of email addresses from a column in the file titled "Email", for example:

First Name,Last Name,Country,Email
Piete, Sartain, UK, [email protected],
John, Evans, USA, [email protected]

The order of the headers is not important.

Editing an existing distribution campaign

Complete edit permissions are available for a distribution until someone has received an email.

Once the email notifications have gone out, you can edit a distribution campaign to add more models or new email addresses, but you cannot remove existing models.
