Wildcat plane base with matching flight stands.
This listing is for:
3 STL files which are:
Wildcat
Flight Stand Flattop
Flight Stand
This is designed as a Game Aid for the Original Wizards of the Coast plane model F4F Wildcat as well as fitted to a flight included in this listing.
This base is independent of the plane model. Simply print the base and secure the original WOTC model or the 3D printed flight stand to the custom fitting to use. For the matching F4F Wildcat 3D printable plane model from Ghukek Miniatures that goes with this base are below:

Pictures:
This listing includes files for the base in the first picture and the 3D printed flight stands in the second (or other) pictures. All other models and pictures are to show details, highlight features, game stats, functionality, visual appeal, and availability.
Due to the inherent nature of the Axis and Allies War at Sea game being designed at the 1/900 scale for planes, this base is designed to accommodate that scale, and a flight stand with a knob is included for those who like to affix 3D models with heat. A flattop flight stand is also included for those that prefer tradition affixing methods.
Please check out my other listing or search for my Store/Brand to find other similar listings. All game aids for the original WOTC models are designed and being uploaded with Forumini models coming soon.
If you have a specific request (including Forumini models, house rules models, etc.) message me and I will bump it up my update list or can make a custom order for you.
Tested with FDM for color changing prints to highlight text using .3mm layer height with .4mm nozzle. For best results I used a color change at 1.8mm layer height and used ironing on the top layer only to read text easily and clearly.
For best results on the Flight Stand printing I also used .3mm height. 10-20% infill. Ironing or no ironing work just fine either way.
If you want to paint your base or prefer resin, this model works well with that and I still recommend .3mm layer height.
