USS New Jersey Battleship Ship Base

This naval base is designed to fit with Ghukek Miniatures model USS Iowa Class Battleships. This model is only the ship base, which is independent of the ship model. The ship(s) that go with the base(s) for this listing are below:

Just like for the Ghukek Miniatures model, this base is designed at the 1/1800th scale for Iowa-class battleship model. As this is the base for the model up-scaling and down-scaling are possible. I recommend 150% (1/1200) and 75% (1/2400) but other scales are possible.

This is part of a collection of WWII warships. I will be adding more historical and hypothetical warships. If you have a specific request, (including hypothetical ships or specific years for refit models) message me and I will bump up my update list or can make a custom order for you.

FDM & Resin printing:
Tested with FDM for color changing prints to highlight text using .3mm layer height with .4mm nozzle. For best results I used a color change at 3.3mm layer height and used ironing on the top layer only to read text easily and clearly.

If you want to paint your base or prefer resin, this model works well with that and I still recommend .3mm layer height, which is a large layer height for resin printing but still recommended.
