This is the Phoenix caisson designed as a breakwater for the Mulberry Harbours that were constructed at the Normandy landings sites after D-Day. It's designed for printing in 1/1250, but will work at different scales.
There are two different version: the plain caisson and one with an anti-aircraft gun platform.
