Hey tabletop players and railroad modelers, are you looking to add a modern touch to your terrain? This highly detailed modern family house from Germany is perfect for bringing your tabletop battlefield or railroad layout to life.

I’ve carefully designed this building, inspired by the typical homes being built by middle-class families across Germany today. While it’s been created with modern settings in mind, it’s also great for "what if" wargaming scenarios or more contemporary conflict settings.

The files are optimized for 28mm (1/56) scale, perfect for printing on an Ender 3 Pro. Additionally, they can be easily scaled up or down to (1/120) for FDM printers, making them a fantastic addition to any railroad model layout.
