French armored vehicle Panhard 178 PC in his Platoon Leader version, with different optional hull and casemate and stowage option.

The Panhard 178 is an armored car manufactured by the Panhard company intended for armored reconnaissance and used during the Second World War

It was notably used in the DLM (Divion Légère Mécanisée) in 1940 during the blitzkrieg in France.

This version is the Platoon leader version.

This Panhard 178 PC armored command car is characterized by its fixed casemate housing, a large ER27 radio station with a range of 100 km.

Appellation:

  • AMD 35 PC (Auto-Mitrailleuse de Découverte model 1935 Panhard Commandment) in the French Army or Panhard 178 PC in the manufacturer's catalog.

  • a fixed casemate in place of the APX3 turret


Armament:

  • no armament, instead a big ER27 radio with a range of 100km


The models :

  • Model only tested and intended for resin printing at 1/56 scale.

  • The models are hollowed out to save resin.

  • Total weight of the most complete model (with crew members): 47g


File contents:

8 unsupported stl files, 8 supported stl files, a directory of visuals, a "redme before print" pdf file.

The 8 stl files contain:

  • 2 hulls: a basic hull, and an enhanced version

  • 2 casemates: one closed, one open

  • 2 optional stowages

  • 2 wheels, one right one left to print in copy to have the 4.


Crews are optional and sold separately by Colonel Muller Miniatures.
