Easy to print GM futurliner. Some details have been changed for looks/ printability.
Travelling-science-circus vehicle. (and yes it is spelled futurliner)
Because I didn't find good images of the suspension I borrowed the bits from the CCKW, so this thing has the 4wd setup, even though the real one did not. (it just looks cooler IMO)
I made this with both sides opening, the real one only opens on the left side. I also made the rear doors separate because apparently there is a batman cartoon where the baddies run out of the back of a truck that looks a lot like this.
The top bar is a bunch of lights underneath, but as usual, you can just glue it flat to the roof.
The "sealed resin" file is exactly that: a buttoned up version for those who want a stronger/ less fiddly model at smaller scales.
There is no GM logo on the front, so you can add/paint whatever you like.
Image is of models printed in 1/52 with 3dbreed figure and a 1/52 truescale figure for scale.
The standard files are designed to print AS-IS on filament, no additional supports required.
The “resin” files are for those of you that are printing with resin printers and would prefer the assembled models. Resin files are not pre-supported unless otherwise noted.
Please remember that unless otherwise noted these models are uploaded at 1/100, and you need to scale it to match your preferred play-scale.
1/72= 139% (“standard” 20mm)
1/64= 156%
1/56 = 179% (“standard” 28mm)
1/52 = 192% (my preferred scale for 28mm heroic)
1/48 = 208%
