Deweycat Truck Mounted Polsten Triple 20mm AA guns - 28mm scale
This file consists of an original design of the triple Polsten 20mm cannons, mounted on a modified 60F truck. The truck file is a remix of Bergman's file and the remixed 60F cargo truck itself is available on this site for the free download.
The British mounted the Polsten 20mm guns as single, triple and quad mounts, both as towed and and truck mounted weapon systems. This model represents the triple Polsten pack on the rear bed of a 60 F truck.
I checked with M Bergman and he graciously allowed me to include the modified 60F with this gun pack.
This file was designed for FDM printing, on no greater than .12mm layers with supports.
The file consists of the open cabbed truck (which seems to be the style used); I opened the cab of the previous file and created the seats, dashboard and steering wheel.
The rear deck was created to represent the deck and side extensions for the gun pack. The gun pack swivels but the gun pack is to be glued into the mount.
