Deweycat Bases for Artillery Models .stl pack

Baseplates are useful to help protect the weapon model, and aid in keeping the crew in place on a busy tabletop.
To help with other models that you may have, I have put together three generic designs that should work for most models - you may have to adjust for size on the X and Y axis depending on the size of the files. These designs are the T shape for the traditional gun carriage (the Deweycat Bofors 75mm mountain gun in in the photo); the V shape for split trail mid-century guns (the Deweycat M2A1 105mm howitzer in in the photo), and the X or crucifix style, common in many A/A or dual purpose gun mounts (the Deweycat Italian 75/46 gun is in the photo).
The designs place the crew outside the base plate but within the one inch limit set by the rules.
The perimeter has a lip, and the textured surface can be painted or flocked as shown in the test prints.
