Rather than clutter up the table with cards showing initiative, draw the cards as usual use the 25mm token on the table and put the card into the discard pile. these print to 2mm deep and can be colour changed at 1.1mm to show the red and black suits. These tokens cover the whole range in each suit from a 2 up to a Joker.
