The Panhard 178 is an armored car manufactured by the Panhard company intended for armored reconnaissance and used during the Second World War

It was notably used in the DLM (Divion Légère Mécanisée) in 1940 during the blitzkrieg in France.

Appellation:

• AMD 35 P (Auto-Mitrailleuse de Découverte model 1935 Panhard) in the French Army or Panhard 178 in the manufacturer's catalog.
