28mm gabions
28mm gabion temporary fortifications.
These are my 28mm gabions. There are a range of models to print out.
Gabions were wicker baskets filled with earth or rubble that were used as temporary fortifications from ancient period until the 19th century. These are a flexible and useful piece of terrain suitable for a range of periods and games. I use mine for Napoleonics, Blood and Plunder and medieval games.
I have printed these without supports on an FDM printer with a 0.4 nozzle.
Picture for reference against Blood and Plunder figures. Figures of course not included (but you knew that didn't you).
