SPG conversion of IS-2
ISU-122 intended as tank hunter, ISU-152 intended as fire support howitzer. In practice, ISU-152 also used as tank hunter.
Post war, ISU-122 rapidly retired since T-54 rendered it pointless. ISU-152 remained in use and then stock for many years, and were modernised.
