Valentine Mk. III - Desert Mods

The Valentine was an infantry tank developed by the British during World War 2, along with the Matilda and Churchill infantry tanks. The Valentine boasted relatively thick armor considering the small dimensions and light weight of the tank. The early versions, including the Mk. 3, were equipped with the 40mm QF 2-pdr cannon. Later versions were upgraded to the 57mm QF 6-pdr and 75mm guns in modified turrets.

In Armored Advance:
The Valentine Mk. III in armored advance serves more in an infantry support role, having sufficient armor for shrugging off many enemy guns, at the cost of having a relatively weak gun itself and being quite slow. It can still act as a mobile fortification for infantry groups and is able to lay down some fire with its coax machine gun while also engaging light armor. The Valentine is quite cheap to field however and does come with a quite high health pool considering this. Ultimately the vehicle is mostly a support unit meant to augment infantry detachments with additional survivability.
