QF 6-pounder AT gun
The QF 6-pounder was a 57mm Anti-Tank cannon fielded by the British. The gun was also present on many tanks, such as the Crusader and Churchill. The gun was quite potent, having good armor piercing capabilities and being able to fire quite rapidly, as the QF (quick firing) designation implies.
In Armored Advance:
The 6-pounder offers a cheaper way to field the gun than a standard tank. The cannon is able to engage most targets, even at long range. The unit does however have practically no survivability and is very slow if not towed by an eligible vehicle. Furthermore, an infantry unit must be dedicated to manning the gun for it to function at all. Nevertheless, the cannon does offer decent defensive and long-range capabilities which cannot be overlooked.
3D printing settings:
Dimensions:
Length - 2.8" (71mm)
Width - 1.1" (28mm)
Height - 0.7" (17.8mm)
Estimated Print Time - 3.5 hours
This model comes pre-supported and ready to print in 1/72 scale. Unsupported files are also included, allowing you to adjust the scale to your preference. This model is designed with resin printing in mind and is not optimized, nor tested for traditional FDM (filament) printers. The model was test printed successfully several times on an ANYCUBIC Photon Mono 4K resin printer. If you have any issues with the file, don't hesitate to reach out to me at [email protected]
