When assembling post-cleaning, glue the two arms into the main platform first. Once they are dry, when glue the four "feet" into the recesses of the platform.

The gun barrel is secured into recesses in the gun cradle. It requires care, take your time and it will slip into the cradle. It is a friction fit, and it is your choice to gun it at a set elevation or not. Likewise the cradle fits onto the platform and allows traverse of the gun.
