1:100 9S457 Mobile Command Post

The 9S457 command post is designed to control the firing elements of the anti-aircraft S-300V system's antiaircraft detachments when operating independently, as well as when controlled from a superior automated brigade air defense command system in both missile and antiaircraft defense mode.

In missile defence mode, the command post provides interception and tracking of Pershing missile warheads and SRAM missiles on the basis of data from the Imbir sector search radar, with the processed data being sent to the 9S32 missile guidance station (9С32). The command post controls the mode of operation of the sector search radar, determines the target search sector and autonomously assigns individual targets for firing elements on the basis of data from the supervisor or the circular horizon radar. Provides selection of targets to be shot based on flight trajectory and area of effective system coverage.

In anti-aircraft mode, the command post controls a maximum of 4 anti-aircraft missile complexes (each with six target channels) based on data from the 'Horizon-3' radar ('Obzor-3'). The command post is capable of displaying data on 200 air targets, including active and passive jamming, and tracking the trajectory of 70 targets. It is also capable of processing target information from the 9S32 missile guidance station (9С32) or from a superior command post.

The command post is capable of processing data on 24 targets within three seconds. The average time of information processing from the reception of the reflected signals by the surveillance radar (at an information refresh rate of 6s) to the transmission of the information on the target being shot at to the firing element is 17 s. When processing the information of the "LANCE" type warhead, the range of target shooting is about 80-90 km.

Printing Destructions:

IMPORTANT: DO NOT ALLOW PROGRAMS LIKE WINDOWS NATIVE 3D BUILDER TO REPAIR THE MODEL OR YOU WILL GET ERRORS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT ALLOW THE MODEL TO PRINT CORRECTLY

I have not broken this model up at all and it will fit on the old school Elegoo Mars printers just fine if you print it vertically. I prefer to print these on my Peopoly so not only can I print them in 1 piece I can print 12 at a time. It does come with the chassis and antenna mast separate though.

Aside from that, on printers like Elegoo Mars and Anycubic Photon, if you rotate the model 90 degrees with the end down, just add your supports and print away. The weapons are modeled onto the aircraft and once I get my camera situation sorted out I’ll post pics, prints just fine

For resin I prefer to use Siraya Tech Simple Clear mixed with Tenacious. I use 75-80 Simple to 20-25% Tenacious. This has not given me any problems since I started this mix and the only time I get failures now is when I am experimenting with things or forget to do my supports right.
