Two Viking Axemen and Coxwain
Two Axemen poses in various versions - with/without helmet and/or cloak. This is a free set to help you populate some of the viking longships here with more than just seated oarsmen. The native scale is 1:72 but some of the details like the chain mail and facial features may look better at 128% enlargement (=1:56 scale) or even 200% (=1:36 scale).
The three Viking poses here each wear a one-piece chain mail brynja (no lacing anywhere) that reaches down to elbows and knees. Everyone wears a spangenhelm with noseguard (no cute visors or eyeguards). The two axemen also have versions where they wear cloaks or no helmets at all. The round shields might look large but are proper size (90cm dia.) -- which they had to be in those days in order to stop a hail of arrows, rocks or thowing-axes.
