L / N Class Destroyer (All Base types)

L / N Class Destroyer
I am adding the rest of my models to this site (see www.magpiedesigner.com for details). If you are interested in a particular model please let me know and I'll move it up the queue.

This model can be used for both the L and M class British Destroyer during WW2.
Ship Bases
It comes in the following base options (please see picture):

• Waterline A Waterline version.
  
• Thin A thin (2-3mm thick) base with the ship name at the rear.
  
• Deep A Deep (5-6mm thick) base, quite narrow, with the ship name on both sides.
  
• Wide Similar to the 'Deep' version but a lot wider.

Each base type has the following options (with "L/N CLASS DESTROYER" on both sides of the Deep and Wide versions):

• ……(Solid).stl         A solid model.
  
• ……(Hollow).stl       A hollowed version (not for Waterline)
  
• ……(Supported).stl A version on supports ready to print.

Printing
Designed to be printed with a Layer Thickness of .03 mm, no supports required. I have added some very thin (0.3mm diameter) supports under things like the main gun barrels and aircraft wings. These are easy to remove with a scalpel or craft knife.

It can be rescaled to 1:2400 but care would be needed with the smaller parts.
