HMS Hermes (95)
HMS Hermes was a British aircraft carrier and the worlds first ship to be designed as an aircraft carrier. She was commissioned in 1924, reclassified as a training ship in 1938 and 1 year later reclassified as an Aircraft Carrier. Her Pennant number was 95. She was sunk by Japanese aircraft 9th April 1942.
As build she was armed with six single 5.5 inch guns for surface action and three single 4 inch AA guns. Her AA was upgraded over the years. Three different versions of the ship are included.

The model is provided in 1/1000 scale and are Resin print only. (FDM for the Base)
1/1800 – resize to 55,56%
1/1200 – resize to 83,5%
There are named bases provided. The base comes in 2 versions. Text recessed and the raised. I used the recessed version for FDM printed bases. Do not forget to also re-scale the bases if you print in 1/1200 or 1/1800 scale.
Feb-2025, Each version of the Hermes is also provided on an Ocean base with waves in 1/1000 and raised text.
Included 1/1800 scale pre-supported version 2 model which I used for the test-prints on my Anycubic Mono SE (0.05mm layer) using standard resin. Use at your own risk, might be best you create your own supported files, which prints best on you own printer. Some parts are rather delicate, mainly the gun barrels, and you will need to remove support carefully.
The base was printed on an Ender 5 pro (0.16 mm layer) standard PLA. But feel free to print the bases on a resin printer, that will give you much better text on the base, but no supported files for the resin-printing of the bases are provided.
