Hawker Hurricane

Hawker Hurricane, one of the types of aircraft used by the Dutch in 1942 during the defense of the Dutch East Indies. 12 Hurricanes arrived in 1942 to bolster the Dutch East defenses.

The Dutch received the Mk.IIB, which was armed with 12 browning 0.303 in Machine guns. And it could carry up to 500kg Bombs. (Two 110 or two 230 kg bombs)

The aircraft model has been prepared and detailed in 1/1000 scale. A 1/1000 scale in-flight model and on landing-gear is included. This could be used to scale to 1/1800 and to be placed on a CV model.

Print ready in 1/1200, meaning including bases and supported files are provided in 1/1200 scale. Which I used for test-printing. They worked fine for me, but no guarantee the files work on your own printer, so might be best you create your own supported files.

3 types of bases are provided, hexagonal, square or round and there is an option for a low (2 cm) or high (3 cm) base. A Fighter option only (4 aircraft in a wing, use base left or right) and a Bomber base option is included. Also included 1 aircraft wing, 2 aircraft wing and a 3 aircraft wing. Only the 4 aircraft wing is also provided with support.

I have included the 3 bases (round, hexagonal, square) without text. You can add your text or letters if you want.

The four aircraft wing has a left and a right option, this is done to create a stable model on the gaming-table, make sure you use the correct Base.  The left-wing is provided supported, just mirror the left-wing in your slicer to get the right-wing version.

Test-printed using a Anycubic Mono SE using Anycubic basic resin, 0.04mm layer.
