Flight Stand bases and Jigs
This is a set of files for building my flight stands.
The hex bases, in a variety of sizes (25, 30, 40 and 50mm) I load with lead ballast and filler, and then flock them. The stands are 3.2mm acrylic rod glued to 6x2.5mm neodymium magnets with epoxy.
The aircraft models in the photo are 1:300 scale, but I also use the stands with 1:144 scale aeroplanes.
