Deweycat Large Administration Building - 28mm scale -

Buildings in tabletop wargaming aren’t just a backdrop, they can form part of the actual scenario and add some snap to the game. In this case it’s a two-story administrational building – a town hall or major military HQ. It features an upper-level balcony and a choice of multiple banners to hang from the balcony.

In addition to the base foundation, lower floor, upper floor, and roof,  is a rubble section that fits onto the foundation base, in the event the building is levelled during the game. Each floor is divided into two rooms, and there is a central stairway. All parts assemble and disassemble easily with bayonet style posts at east corner.

There are three loose rubble sections you can place around the foundation in the event the building is rubbled, for visual effect.

The banners include a hammer and sickle, a sw@stika (blacked out in the photos in recognition of the sensitivity thereto), a German War Ensign cross, a single star, and a tri-colour – which works for about 90% of the world’s nations. There is also a blank banner in case that may be of use. The banners snap into the recesses in the balcony’s railing.

This package was designed, and test printed in filament. The banners are two-part prints in filament, but I included one-part banners for resin printers.

The completed structure measures 180 mm (L) x 160 mm (W) x 170 mm (H).

These files are ideally suited for FDM printing, but could be printed in resin.

The test prints were printed at .25mm layers without support. There was some slight stringing at the top of door ways but otherside no issues not using supports. Your results may vary.
