Transport vehicles are the unsung heroes in not only actual wars but also in our tabletop recreations. The Uber tanks get all the press and fans but having something that can deliver your troops to the objective can make or break a game.

The Italian Army list offers a paltry list of transport option, compared to the lengthy German or British transport list, but can provide some good options. You don’t want to pay the point cost of a truck when you only need to transport one or two small teams – a flame thrower team for instance. The perfect vehicle to do so is the Fiat 508 Coloniale.

The Coloniale was based on the pre-war civilian Fiat 508 Balilla. Powered by a 32 HP engine, the two-wheel-drive car was used by Italy and Germany used it on both the African and Eastern fronts during World War II.

In Bolt Action the Fiat 508 can transport 4 men and costs a mere 23 points at regular.

This .stl pack is suitable for both resin and FDM printing (examples of both are in the photos).
