1/1200 Ship Collection
This is a collection of 1/1200 scaled ships intended for resin printing.
Included are
-Russian first rate (intended as a proxy until I produce HMS Victory)
-London-class second rate
-Carnatic-class third rate
-Portland-class fourth rate
-Leda-class 5th rate
-Porcupine-class 6th rate
-HMS Surprise
These models are taken from my Age of Admirals 1/700 range. Their sculpts have been modified for printing at 1/1200 scale on resin printers.
I will not be offering masts or other accessories, so these parts must be scratchbuilt or procured elsewhere.
I must apologise for the damage done to my prototype models; they were printed flat on the bed and were *really* strongly adhered. I didn't have a blade to hand so I had to brute force them off and did quite a lot of damage. I recommend printing these either flat on the bed with the model hollowed (if nto hollowed, then at least using a blade to carefully remove them) or angled on supports.
