Hi, my name is Lluís Vilalta and I’m the one behind Minairons miniatures, a small Catalan company born in September 2012 with the aim to produce multi-scale, fast assembly, quality miniatures for wargaming and collecting –generally in hard plastic, but also in resin, white metal, 3D-printed or a combination of those… and now venturing into purely digital production too!
Most of our productions share a relationship to military history of the Iberian Peninsula nations –logically, with a special accent on Catalonia itself, where the brand is born. Following such core idea, our starting range consisted of a selection of Spanish Civil War vehicles and figures, mainly in 1:72nd and 1:100th scales so far, which have been developed nearly altogether. Other main ranges are War of Spanish Succession metal figures (1:72nd again) and Age of Sail 1:600th scale ships and accessories.

For sake of curiosity
Minairons Miniatures owes its name to the mysterious faeric beings of that same name, who are reported to live in the deepest valleys of the Catalonian and Andorran Pyrenees range. Such legendary minairons are said to be minute, winged beings moving in dense, fearsome swarms. As with a number of similar beings of other cultures, minairons enjoy a dual, ambiguous nature; so that meeting them can mean for you a durable blessing or a fatal doom, even your death – one never knows!
Such are the creatures we have entrusted our fate on, such is our bid.
