Nakajima Ki-43 Oscar

Nakajima Ki-43 (Army Type 1 Fighter), one of the types of aircraft available and used by the Imperial Japanese Army (IJA) in WW2. The official allied reporting name was Oscar, it was often called the Army Zero as it had some resemblance to the Mitsubishi A6M Zero.

A total of 5919 have been build.

Armament consisted of two fixed forward-firing .5 inch Ho-103 machine guns. It could carry 60 kg bombs (2 x 30 kg) or two 250 kg bombs.

The aircraft model has been prepared and detailed in 1/1000 scale. A 1/1000 scale in-flight model is included.

Print ready in 1/1200, meaning including bases and supported files are provided in 1/1200 scale. Which I used for test-printing. They worked fine for me, but no guarantee the files work on your own printer, so might be best you create your own supported files.

3 types of bases are provided, hexagonal, square or round and there is an option for a low (2 cm) or high (3 cm) base. A three and four aircraft wing is provided, the four aircraft wing has a left and a right option, this is done to create a stable model on the gaming-table, make sure you use the correct Base. The left-wing is provided supported, just mirror the left-wing in your slicer to get the right-wing version.

I have included the 3 bases (round, hexagonal, square) without text. You can add your text or letters if you want.

Test-printed using a Anycubic Mono SE using Anycubic basic resin, 0.04mm layer.
