Armored chaser “BMO” project 194
The armored small hunter (armored sea hunter) “BMO” project 194 is a type of anti-submarine boats, built in Leningrad in 1943-1945 for the needs of the Baltic Fleet. It came out in a large series of 66 machines. The well-armed, armored and fast-moving boat was used for various tasks: landing, escorting ships, laying mine obstacles, trawling, etc. Because of the convenient forward position of the main caliber and the presence of anti-bullet armor the ship is very effective when firing at enemies from a long distance.
