This is a multi part model and includes 25 files to print separately and it is set to fit the 15mm size figures for wargames. Scale up or down can be performed to fit other scales (see details in the product description below).

The dimensions for the largest piece is height: 99.7mm, length: 99mm and width: 58.1mm
The longest piece is 252mm long, but it can be cut in pieces as required.
The files includes two configurations:
Tabletop with relief
This first one is as the original building it was built, with the front building in lower ground at the bank of the Rappahannock river. This configuration also provides a full circular water wheel, which needs also a groove on the table to fit in.
Flat tabletop
The second option has a cut water wheel to fit on a flat table and an additional storey was added to the second building to make it stand at the same high on a flat table.
The model is built to fit the 15mm wargame figures, but the files are optimized to downscale or upscale them as follows:

- 10mm=66% (0.66 in Cura)
- Warlord = 90% (0.90 in Cura)
- 22mm (1/72) = 146.6% (1.466 in Cura)
- 28mm = 186% (1.86 in Cura) large printing platform needed to be printed.
- 40 mm = 266.6% (2.666 in Cura) large printing platform needed to be printed.
- 54mm = 360% (3.60 in Cura) large printing platform needed to be printed.
